Legal requirements differ between countries, they change over time, and two situations that look alike can be governed by different rules. Nothing here can account for that. If a question matters to you, the answer has to be worked out against your facts.

2. No adviser and client relationship is created by this site

Services are provided on a cross-border basis, so the requirements that apply to a particular engagement are settled for that engagement rather than assumed from this website.

5. Scope of the service

The work described on this site is advisory and consulting work: analysis of documents and transactions, drafting, written opinions, and support while a matter runs. Court representation is not part of it. Where a matter needs a professional qualified in a particular country, that person is identified and instructed separately, and their engagement is a matter between you and them unless agreed otherwise in writing.

The text, layout, structure, graphics and photographs on this website belong to their respective owners and are protected by copyright and related rights. You may read the site, print pages for your own reference and quote short passages with a clear attribution and, where the medium allows it, a link back to the page.
